What we build
Every project starts with what's underneath — flat substrates, sealed membranes, square framing — because finishes only last as long as the preparation beneath them.
Custom Tile Work
Precision layouts in large-format porcelain, natural stone, and mosaic — planned to the millimetre so cuts land where the eye doesn't. Substrates are self-levelled and primed; lippage is controlled with mechanical levelling systems; every layout is dry-fit and approved before the first trowel of thinset.
Bathroom Renovation
Turnkey bathroom transformations from demolition to the final bead of silicone. Tub-to-shower conversions, curbless walk-ins, and full gut renovations — every wet area built on proven bonded waterproofing systems before a single tile goes up.
Basement Finishing
We turn unfinished lower levels into the most-used square footage in the house. Moisture protection comes first — sub-floor systems, vapour management, and proper insulation — followed by sound framing, code-compliant electrical coordination, and finishes that match your main floor.
The Mozaico Standard
Self-levelling compounds, uncoupling membranes, and flatness checked with a straightedge — not an eyeball. Flat floors are built, not hoped for.
Every shower is built as a fully bonded waterproof system — membranes, sealed corners, and protected penetrations — before any tile goes on.

Based in Ontario, we run projects across the Greater Toronto Area and travel the Highway 400 corridor north through Simcoe County into Muskoka. City condo or Georgian Bay cottage, the preparation and the finish are identical.
Outside these areas? Ask — we regularly take on cottage-country projects by arrangement.

A typical tub-to-shower conversion runs about 1–2 weeks; a full gut renovation usually 2–4 weeks depending on scope, materials, and plumbing changes. We give you a schedule up front and keep you posted daily.
